कविवर दौलतराम के इस पद में शरीर को घृणा का घर, जड़ और मल-मूत्र का भण्डार बताकर उससे ममत्व न करने का उपदेश है। शरीर धर्म रूपी धन को चुराने वाला है; जिन्होंने इसे पोषा वे दुखी हुए और जिन्होंने तप से सुखाया उन्होंने मोक्ष पाया। कवि आत्मा को शरीर से भिन्न जानकर शान्त रहने को कहता है।
