सागर जिले के पड़वार ग्राम में मिले एक चित्रित पट-अभिलेख का परिचय है। इसके लगभग पन्द्रह रंगीन चित्र तीर्थंकर के पंचकल्याणक, समवसरण, सिद्धशिला और स्वर्ग-पटलों से सम्बद्ध हैं। नीचे छब्बीस पंक्तियों का संस्कृत लेख है, जो क्षुल्लक सुमतिदास के उपदेश से धामोनी के चन्द्रप्रभ मंदिर में हुए शान्तियज्ञ और गोलापूर्व यजमानों की वंशावली बताता है।
