इस राष्ट्रीय गीत में कवि कहता है कि जनहित की आकांक्षा लिये हम आज़ादी के द्वार पर खड़े हैं। भारत को स्वतन्त्र कराने, दुष्ट दुःशासन से द्रौपदी की लाज बचाने के लिये मोहन स्वयं आगे बढ़े हैं, और समता, नवजीवन तथा दम्भ-द्वेष के नाश हेतु वीर जवाहरलाल तिरंगा लेकर बढ़ रहे हैं।
