साध्वी संघमित्रा जैन दृष्टि से पातंजल योगदर्शन का अध्ययन करती हैं। वे योग शब्द की व्युत्पत्ति और अर्थ का भेद बताती हैं: पतंजलि के लिए योग चित्तवृत्ति-निरोध रूप समाधि है, जैन दर्शन में आत्मा को मोक्ष से जोड़ने वाला व्यापार। चित्त की पाँच भूमिकाओं, ध्यान और अनेकान्त के प्रतिबिम्बों में समानताएँ दिखाकर वे परस्पर प्रभाव का अनुमान करती हैं।
