मुनि पद्मनन्दि-रचित यह संस्कृत स्तोत्र जीरापल्ली (जीरावला) तीर्थके पार्श्वनाथ भगवान्की स्तुति है। उपलब्ध पद्योंमें कहा गया है कि प्रभुकी भक्ति करनेवाले भव्य जीवको इष्ट-वियोग और अनिष्ट-संयोग नहीं सताते। वसन्ततिलका छन्दके अन्तिम पद्यमें कवि बताते हैं कि प्रभेन्दु मुनिके चरणकमलोंके भ्रमर पद्मनन्दिने विनयपूर्ण भक्तिसे यह स्तव रचा।
