अजमेर शास्त्र-भण्डार के एक गुटके से प्राप्त इस पच्चीस गाथाओं वाले प्राकृत स्तोत्र में णमोकार मन्त्र की महिमा गाई गई है। इसे अनादि मूलमन्त्र, जिनशासन का सार और चौदह पूर्वों का समुद्धार बताया गया है, जो भय, रोग, विष और पाप का नाश कर स्वर्ग-मोक्ष देता है। पं० हीरालाल शास्त्री ने परिचय में इसकी तुलना गायत्री-मन्त्र से की है।
