इसमें हरिवाल कृत प्राकृत वैद्यक ग्रन्थ की गाथाएँ (सत्रह से पैंतालीस तक) प्रकाशित हैं, जो श्री कुन्दनलाल जैन के सौजन्य से प्राप्त हुईं। इन गाथाओं में त्रिफला, मधु, सैंधव, गिलोय आदि औषधियों से नेत्र-रोग, तिमिर, पाण्डु रोग, रक्तपित्त, मुख-रोग और स्वर-सुधार के उपचार बताए गए हैं। यह प्राकृत में आयुर्वेदिक साहित्य का दुर्लभ उदाहरण है।
