डॉ. रामनारायण मिश्र की मिश्र-निबन्धावली में संस्कृत में लिखे सैंतीस शोध-निबन्ध हैं — वेद, व्याकरण, वेदान्त, साहित्यशास्त्र और धर्मशास्त्र विषयक, जैसे स्फोटवाद-विलास तथा अद्वैत-तत्त्वालोक। समीक्षक पाणिनीय शिक्षा पर लिखे निबन्ध को सर्वोत्तम मानते हैं, पर उद्धरणों के स्रोत न देने की परम्परागत शिथिलता की आलोचना करते हैं। Ramanarayan Mishra's Misra-Nibandhavali gathers thirty-seven Sanskrit research essays on Veda, grammar, Vedanta, poetics and dharmasastra, including Sphotavada-vilasa and Advaita-tattvaloka. Kansara rates the piece on Paniniya Siksa highest but criticises the traditional vagueness of citation, noting a Bhagavadgita quotation whose last two lines cannot be found there at all.
