आचार्य पद्मनन्दि रचित सोलहवें तीर्थंकर शान्तिनाथ की संस्कृत स्तुति के दो पद्य हिन्दी अर्थ सहित प्रस्तुत हैं। इन्द्रों द्वारा धारण किए तीन छत्र उनकी त्रिलोक-प्रभुता सूचित करते हैं, केवलज्ञान की ज्योति सूर्य की प्रभा को भी फीका करती है और देवदुन्दुभि घोषित करती है कि वही सर्वज्ञ उत्कृष्ट देव हैं। कवि उनसे सदा रक्षा की प्रार्थना करता है।
