मुनि मदनकीर्तिकी इस संस्कृत रचनाके शार्दूलविक्रीडित पद्योंमें दिगम्बर शासनकी जय-घोषणा है। कैलाश, पोदनपुर, श्रीपुर, सम्मेदशिखर, गिरनार, पावापुर आदि छब्बीस स्थानोंके जिनबिम्बोंके अतिशयोंका वर्णन है। पं० दरबारीलाल कोठियाने एकमात्र जीर्ण प्रतिसे इसका पाठ तैयार कर प्रस्तावनामें मदनकीर्तिको पं० आशाधरका समकालीन बताया है।
