वादीभसिंह रचित इस संस्कृत स्तवन के तीन श्लोकों में हिन्दी अर्थ सहित भगवान शान्तिनाथ की स्तुति है। कवि प्रार्थना करता है कि दुर्नय के अन्धकार से भरे मार्ग में प्रभु की भक्ति सम्यग्ज्ञान का दीपक बने, संसार-वन में भटकते जीव को सन्मार्ग और मुक्ति दे, तथा अनेकान्त के नायक शान्तिनाथ अन्तःकरण में स्थायी शान्ति उत्पन्न करें।
