Tiwari assembles the north Indian iconography of Ambika, called also Amradevi and Kusmandini, the lion-riding yaksi of Neminatha. He sets the Svetambara prescriptions of the Nirvanakalika against the Digambara Pratisthasarasangraha and Pratisthasaroddhara, then tests both on surviving two-armed and four-armed images.
