Nandi introduces the commentary on Mammaṭa's Kāvyaprakāśa written by the Jain monk Yaśovijaya, and asks which earlier commentators he is indebted to. Comparing his explanation of 'tridhā' with the Uddyota's, he places the work among the great ṭīkās that Mammaṭa's difficult text has attracted.
