कविवर द्यानतराय का यह अध्यात्म-पद जीव को सम्बोधित करते हुए पूछता है कि उसने यह मूढ़ता कहाँ से पाई। अपवित्र और अचेतन शरीर में रमकर वह अपना अतीन्द्रिय आत्मिक सुख छोड़ विषयों में उलझा है और चेतन होकर भी जड़ बन गया है। कवि कहते हैं कि मिथ्यात्व छूटने पर ही जीव संत बनकर अनन्त मोक्ष-सुख पाता है।
